With over 25 years of experience in conducting advanced training seminars and public speaking engagements, he has successfully trained and mentored leaders across
various organizations. Throughout his 30-year law enforcement career, Alex has held formal leadership positions in the private sector and currently serves as a Commander at a prominent Central Florida Sheriff’s Office, where he oversees a precinct that includes both sworn and non-sworn personnel.
