TOPICS TO BE COVERED INCLUDE: Building and Managing an Agency Peer Support Team, Peer Support Officer Roles and Responsibilities, Ethical Standards and Confidentiality, Communication and Active Listening Skills, Critical Incident Stress Management, Trauma, PTS, PTSI, and Officer Wellness, Relationship Challenges at Home and Work, Anxiety, Depression, and Addictive Behaviors, Loss, Bereavement, Retirement, and Disability, Moral Injury and Suicide Prevention, Multigenerational Workforce Considerations, Peer Support Team Policies and Procedures, Chaplain and Mutual Aid Integration
