Correctional officers face one of the most demanding and under-supported roles in public safety. Daily exposure to danger, trauma, inmate manipulation, and cumulative stress takes a measurable toll on officer health, performance, family stability, and career longevity, and most agencies never formally address it. Forged is a four-hour live online training that gives correctional professionals a direct, practical framework for surviving the job and leading others through it, without filler and without theory for its own sake.
TOPICS TO BE COVERED INCLUDE
