COURSE
Law enforcement officers face a level of cumulative stress, trauma, and public scrutiny that has reached a crisis point. Officers are leaving the profession in record numbers, and in several recent years, more officers have died by suicide than in the line of duty. This course meets officers where they are, providing an honest examination of what the job does to those who carry the badge and equipping participants with practical tools, proven strategies, and concrete resources to not only survive the profession, but thrive in it.

INSTRUCTOR
Thomas Gillan, Certified Law Enforcement Trainer and Criminal Justice/Public Safety Instructor. He has written and presented training curricula for Training Force USA, the Florida Sheriff's Association, the Florida Attorney General's Office, FDLE, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the FBI National Academy, and has been recognized by the FBI, U.S. Attorney's Office, U.S. Marshal Service, Federal Air Marshals, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and DHS.
