During this Video on Demand (VoD), you will become familiar with the basics of lamp examinations in order to determine whether or not a vehicle lamp was lit at the moment of impact. We will detail the correct process of recognizing the many and varied lamp and filament anomalies and how to correctly record each.
In addition, you will learn how to properly and completely document the evidence for both your own reference and for other subject matter experts who may work the case. With time and experience, your knowledge will develop sufficiently so that you may make initial determinations at the crash scene.
