During this Video on Demand (VoD), you will become familiar with the basics of pedestrian collision reconstruction. We will review the main types of pedestrian strikes and provide examples from real world crashes that were captured on video.
We will explore the evidence that was memorialized on vehicles and roadways during actual pedestrian collisions and briefly discuss vehicle speed determination and equations used to calculate those speeds.
In addition, we will review two case studies in depth. The case facts will be explained and the process of moving from investigation through depositions and trial will be presented.
