Determining Speed from Gear Position (VoD)   

This two-hour Video on Demand (VoD) will teach you how to identify the various types of transmissions and axles installed on commercial vehicles. You will learn how to obtain information from the vehicle that will allow you to establish gear position. Then, using this data, we will show you how you can apply an equation to establish the vehicle’s speed.
