Compassionate Medical Cannabis: What It Means to the Florida Officer (VoD)   

This two-hour Video on Demand (VoD) will provide you with an overview of the Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act in Florida–what it does, what it requires, and the legal ramifications for Florida. You’ll learn what rights and responsibilities the street officer has when investigating marijuana-related cases, specifically during traffic stops and how to detect the marijuana-impaired driver claiming medical use.

We’ll also give you a brief overview of the signs and symptoms of cannabis impairment and explain the best ways to prosecute and testify in these cases.
