The Need, the Need for Weed: Cannabis-Related Traffic Collisions (VoD)   

Cannabis is becoming more readily available and has been legalized in several states. As we begin to see an increase in traffic collisions related to cannabis impairment, we must be competent and confident in our abilities to recognize impaired drivers. Inv. Dale Drummond (Beverly Hills Police Department) will examine two cannabis-related traffic fatality case studies, focusing on correlating the effects of cannabis on the task of driving and how to testify as an expert in these multi-dimensional investigations.
