Cooking for Heart Health  

Join Chef Cory Barrett and Takara Page, RDN, for a dynamic discussion on cooking for heart health. Participants will learn what foods support your heart's health, what fats are good for you (and why), how to reduce sodium intake while substituting herbs and spices, and how to include more fiber in every meal. Enjoy Chef Barrett's creations (food served throughout the session) and learn why cooking for the health of it matters.
