Spanish for Travelers   

Are you traveling to a Spanish-speaking country for work or pleasure, maybe approaching a humanitarian tri (medical, home-building, mission, etc.)? In this course you will learn about popular traditions, customs, beliefs, values and superstitions of different Spanish-speaking countries. You will be able to use targeted language to help get through airports and use public transportation, learn vocabulary that relates to food and drinks of specific countries, and have knowledge of some healthcare issues in case of an illness or to work with people that have illnesses and need medical attention.

Students should have at least one semester of college Spanish, or two semesters of high school Spanish, or have previous knowledge and background with Spanish. Not designed for elementary language students.
