Basic Robotics for Middle and High School Students

This class is for middle school through high school students who are interested in learning basic robot functions or thinking about pursuing a career after graduating in robotics. In this hands-on course you will learn how to safely operate a 6-Axis FANUC robot and manually operate it in various modes such as Joint & World. You will also become familiar with opening and editing programs, commanding I/O, work with position registers, as well as creating some of their own basic material handling programs. With this baseline knowledge of programming, you will be able to follow the flow of a more complex program with subroutines.
