Beer and Food Pairing: German  

Join Chef Lucas McFarland and Brewer Brian Lindberg, for a casual and fun evening of exploration! Learn about German style beers and their correlating regional food pairings. Samples provided throughout the session. They'll quench your thirst, feed your hunger, and engage your mind. Four beers and four food flights included. 21+ only.

The four-course menu for the class:

1. Munich Helles with Cucumber Salad
2. Schwarzbier with Bavarian Pretzel and dipping sauce
3. Hefeweizen with Traditional German sausage and herbed spatzle
4. Berliner Weisse with Creamy Cheese and Preserves
