Introduction To Home Brewing  

Join Sustainable Brewing Instructor, Brian Lindberg, and learn to brew your own Stout from grain to glass in one class! This session includes discussion, hands-on activity, and beer sampling. Learning objectives include introductory terminology, ingredients, brewing process, and tasting profiles. Training materials, including recipes and suggested equipment lists, will be provided. Refreshments and light snacks included. This session is 21+ only. Attendees must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) of long pants, closed-toe shoes, and a hat. Safety glasses will be provided.
