Beer and Food Pairing: English
Join Chef Lucas McFarland and Brewer Brian Lindberg, for a casual and fun evening of exploration! Learn about English style beers and their correlating regional food pairings. Samples provided throughout the session. They'll quench your thirst, feed your hunger, and engage your mind. Four beers and four food flights included. 21+ only. Menu: 1st course Scotch egg with Buddingtons Bitter. 2nd course Cullen Skink and Yorkshire pudding with Fullers ESB. 3rd course Bangers, mash and peas with Samuel Smith Taddy Porter. 4th course Bread and butter pudding North coast olde ale.
