Join us to celebrate the bounty of Michigan produce, in our monthly Seasonal Produce Feature sessions. In this month’s feature Chef Noel Corwin will prepare Roasted Leek Panzanella! Learn how to prepare and roast leeks for a delicious dish. Sample the completed salad and have fun in Kalamazoo Valley’s Culinary Demonstration Theater.
