Introduction to Sensory Evaluation-German Ales and Food Pairing   

Join Brewer Brian Lindberg and Chef Aaron Cooper, for a casual and fun evening of exploration! Learn about German style beers and their correlating regional food pairings. Samples provided throughout the session. They'll quench your thirst, feed your hunger, and engage your mind.  Participants must be 21 or older to participate and must provide valid photo id upon arrival.
