The Advanced Project Management workshop is designed for professionals who want to take their project management skills to the next level. Over two days, you’ll learn how to prioritize the right projects, manage costs effectively, and build quality into every stage of your projects. The course covers practical topics like stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and procurement practices, along with advanced tools such as earned value analysis and negotiation techniques.

This hands-on workshop is led by PMP-certified instructors with real-world experience. Whether you’re managing high-stakes projects or just sharpening your skills, you’ll leave with strategies and tools you can apply immediately. Plus, the course qualifies for 14 contact hours toward PMP certification or PDUs if you’re already certified.

Prerequisites: Essentials of Project Management or equivalent foundational knowledge

Certification Affiliations: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

This crash course focuses specifically on preparing you for the PMP® Certification examination. As the demand for certified project managers is growing in bounds in today’s industries, professionals, whether new or experienced, in any track of business, are benefiting from certifying themselves with this globally recognized title. This course prepares you to confidently navigate the massive curriculum of PMBOK® meticulously in a short time and does not overwhelm you like the overpacked bootcamps. This certification by PMI, the global authority for certifying project managers, you become a very desired hire/leader in the United States and overseas, whether you are working on site or remotely. The course is designed to give you the strategic perspective and practical tools needed to make your exam preparation easy with a reasonable use of your valuable time. The course includes walking you through the application process as well, which is one of the areas where many aspirants get lost at the very beginning of their journey.

Through six, 1-hour focused 1-1 coaching sessions with quizzes, participants learn to tackle the enormous curriculum for the PMP® certification exam. Participants will also receive a 1-hour practice assessment session. This crash course utilizes the Work Smart technique, so that the preparation and homework can fit into a professional’s busy days. Real-world project challenges are discussed as examples in the modules to bring clarity to the various topics from the curriculum enabling the participants answer exam questions confidently and in time.
