The PMP Exam Preparation workshop is designed to help you pass the PMP® or CAPM® certification exam with confidence. In this one-day course, you’ll learn how to prepare effectively, find the best practice questions, and break down exam questions to select the right answers. The course also highlights key lessons from the PMBOK® Guide and the Exam Content Outline so you know exactly what to focus on. Led by PMP-certified instructors with real-world experience, this workshop gives you the tools to succeed without wasting time. It’s practical, concise, and aligned with the latest exam standards. Plus, you’ll earn 35 contact hours toward your certification requirements.

IMPORTANT: If you are registering for the exam Prep, do not register for the Essentials of Project Management course OR the Advanced Essentials of Project Management course. They are both included in this course. 

The Advanced Project Management workshop is designed for professionals who want to take their project management skills to the next level. Over two days, you’ll learn how to prioritize the right projects, manage costs effectively, and build quality into every stage of your projects. The course covers practical topics like stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and procurement practices, along with advanced tools such as earned value analysis and negotiation techniques.

This hands-on workshop is led by PMP-certified instructors with real-world experience. Whether you’re managing high-stakes projects or just sharpening your skills, you’ll leave with strategies and tools you can apply immediately. Plus, the course qualifies for 14 contact hours toward PMP certification or PDUs if you’re already certified.

 

Prerequisites: Essentials of Project Management or equivalent foundational knowledge

This crash course focuses specifically on preparing you for the PMP® Certification examination. This course prepares you to confidently navigate the massive curriculum of PMBOK® meticulously in a short time and does not overwhelm you like the overpacked bootcamps. The course is designed to give you the strategic perspective and practical tools needed to make your exam preparation easy with a reasonable use of your valuable time. Through six, 1-hour focused 1-1 coaching sessions with quizzes, participants learn to tackle the enormous curriculum for the PMP® certification exam. Participants will also receive a 1-hour practice assessment session. This crash course utilizes the Work Smart technique, so that the preparation and homework can fit into a professional’s busy days.
