Fitness and Nutrition Planning
Learn how to set up a healthy lifestyle with a Certified Health Education Specialist. Are you interested in learning about or making healthy lifestyle changes for you and/or your family? Each session focuses on a different aspect of health. Come and learn practical health, fitness, and nutrition tips to take home and use in your everyday life. Sign up for one or all sessions. Session I: Overview of healthy lifestyle and goal setting. Session II: Nutrition and meal planning. Session III: Fitness, exercise and activity planning.
