Strength Circuit: A Dynamic Lunch Hour Workout
Join us for a fun and engaging workout session set to music! Exercise at your own pace at strength stations with activities that include weight bars, step boxes, bosu balls, stability and weighted balls, weighted hula hoops, kettlebells, and more. The atmosphere is relaxed, allowing you to choose your preferred resistance and repetitions based on your personal fitness level and goals. We can't wait for you to join us for a quick lunchtime workout!
