Introduction to Tai Chi Flow    NEW!

Enhance your week with gentle, easy-to-follow Tai Chi movements in a safe, and welcoming space. This class supports balance, posture, coordination, and calm breathing, all in a relaxed, learn-as-you-go format - no experience needed. 

Seated or standing, we move at a comfortable pace. Ideal for older adults, those with arthritis, or anyone looking to improve stability and feel more grounded in daily life.
