Tai Chi for Health    NEW!

Specifically designed for seniors and beginners, this class includes Qigong warm-ups and slow, gentle Sun (soon) style Tai Chi forms (modified as needed) to improve balance, flexibility and strength, while reducing fall risk. 

Mindful breathing is incorporated to help reduce stress, enhance sleep, and foster mental clarity.
