Introduction to Tai Chi    NEW!

This two-hour workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to explore gentle, easy to follow Tai Chi movements. You will learn simple practices that support better balance and coordination, improve posture and body awareness, and encourage calm, relaxed breathing. 

No experience is needed - this workshop is especially suitable for older adults, those living with arthritis, or anyone looking to reduce their risk of falls. We will move at a comfortable pace, with the option to sit or stand throughout. A peaceful way to feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
