Phlebotomy I   

This course introduces you to the basic procedures used for obtaining blood from veins or capillaries. It also provides skills improvement for those who are already employed in the profession. You learn the appropriate way to use the equipment and the different types of blood tubes and draws. Upon completion, you will be eligible to take the NHA certification exam. Required textbook: A Phlebotomy Worktext & Procedures Manual, 5th ed, by Warekois & Robinson, Elsevier
