Lap Swimming for Adults   

Develop and enhance your stamina and technique for recreational fitness swimming. The goal of this class is to give you a workout and more practice swimming laps for fitness purposes. Whether you have already completed Advanced Swimming or are a current recreational swimmer, you will increase your confidence and get tips about creating or tweaking your current lap swimming workout! Prerequisite: Ability to swim crawl stroke a minimum of 15 yards without stopping.
