Companies today ask for financial information that enables them to make informed decisions in a rapidly changing business environment. This course gives you the tools to understand how the accounting process puts all of a company’s financial data into standardized formats that can be used for decision making, analysis and planning. Areas of concentration include current and long-term assets, current and long-term liabilities and statements of cash flow. An introduction to accounting for partnerships and corporations is included. Prerequisites: Bookkeeping I CFM 38 or equivalent education or experience.
