JOAN OF ARC AND HER 15TH CENTURY WORLD   NEW!

The class will improve their knowledge of the French language through studying the life of Joan of Arc in the context of the events of her time. We will review relevant aspects of the 100 Years War, political factions and the French monarchy, the Lorraine region, the Black Death and the art and literature of the period.
