    Our newly designed Emerging Leaders Institute upholds our long‑standing commitment to excellence, delivering cutting‑edge research and practical insights that prepare leaders for today’s most complex challenges.  We’re excited to launch this year’s cohort and hope you’ll join us to be part of a high‑impact learning experience.

    The Emerging Leaders Institute equips current and future leaders with the skills and self-awareness needed to lead effectively in today’s workplace. Through interactive classes, participants strengthen their ability to engage and guide diverse teams. With managers influencing up to 70% of employee engagement, this program directly supports higher performance, stronger retention, and a measurable impact on the bottom line.

    This class will take place on Thursdays (August-October): August 6, August 13, August 20, August 27, September 3, September 10, September 17, September 24, October 1, and October 8.

    Skills For Success is a program designed to strengthen the skills and mindset needed to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. Through engaging and practical sessions, participants will develop effective workplace communication skills, learn proven strategies for conflict resolution, and build a strong team-oriented attitude that supports cooperation and accountability that drives results.

    This class will take place on Thursdays (September-November): September 17, September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22, October 29, November 5, November 12, and November 19.
