The Emerging Leaders Institute equips current and future leaders with the skills and self-awareness needed to lead effectively in today’s workplace. Through interactive classes, participants strengthen their ability to engage and guide diverse teams. Skills For Success is a program designed to strengthen the skills and mindset needed to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. Through engaging and practical sessions, participants will develop effective workplace communication skills, learn proven strategies for conflict resolution, and build a strong team-oriented attitude that supports cooperation and accountability that drives results.

This class will take place on Thursdays (September-November): September 17, September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22, October 29, November 5, November 12, and November 19.
