Medicare is a program that helps millions of Americans get the healthcare they need. Sometimes finding the solution you need is tricky. Our Medicare: Knowing Your Options: class introduces you to the choices that are available and we will explain the important differences. This class will help you construct a solid plan for understanding all the important things with Medicare.

This course is designed to cover basic welding skills for home use and hobby purposes. Safe use of equipment is emphasized. Students will receive basic instruction and participate in hands-on experiences using oxyfuel welding, cutting, and shielded metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding (MIG). Students are allowed to bring some small home projects to class to work on, with instructor approval.

This is your chance to discover increased flexibility, vitality, peacefulness and a sense of well-being. You will learn the basics of sun salutations, foundation yoga postures and shapes, and the importance of connecting with the breath. Although this class is geared towards beginners with little or no prior yoga experience, those with some experience can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow, and breath-work principles.
