Learn, Explore, Appreciate & Focus at Sholom Park’s monthly educational series. Special guest speakers share their knowledge and expertise on a variety of topics that relate to wildlife, nature, or the park's mission for finding inner peace.  Join us on the third Friday of each month from January through May for an interactive outdoor learning experience. The learning experience topic is different each month.

Be Inspired- Sometimes the soothing nature of a gentle breeze or the beautiful petals of blooming flowers will fill you with a feeling you can't quite describe. Or can you? For centuries, poets have written and spoken about the inspirational power of nature, and now you can too. College of Central Florida Professor Zackery Cote will lead a discussion on the history of poetry, the benefits it can bring to your mindfulness, and how you can engage in the creative process to encourage personal growth.

The waves of sound are said to calm the nervous system and balance the subtle body. Join Reiki Masters Donna Davis RN and Norma Anderson LMT from Your Phoenix is Rising for relaxation, spiritual attunement, and soothing music with chakra-colored crystal bowls and other powerful energy instruments.
