Cooking With Essential Oils with Colleen  

One great way to give one's body the benefits of essential oils is to add them to cooking. Essential oils can provide amazing flavor to any dish!

From drinks, all the way to dessert and everything in between (breakfast, salad dressings, main dishes, and snacks), one is sure to find a recipe or two that will inspire trying cooking with essential oils!

In this hand's-on class, we will prepare several dishes made with essential oils and the instructor will share some essential oil cooking tips, as well as answer questions one may have about using essential oils for cooking. All recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free.

Note:There is a $10 ingredients fee payable to the instructor the day of class.
