Posture 2- Strength for Posture  

We all know we need to keep our muscles strong as we age, but what is the most important? This class is about where we need to strengthen to keep ourselves in a good posture and save our low back, hips, knees and neck from as much pain as possible - no weight lifting required! This class will be a combination of lecture/discussion and mild activity, where we learn about how we are built, and which muscle groups are most important to keep strong for staying upright and active. This is a stand-alone class, but also a great follow up to Posture 1 - Coordination & Balance.
