Posture 3- The Truth About Flexibility  

"Stretching is important!" We know it, but stretching can be a little boring and time consuming, and what if you don't care if you can touch your toes? This class is all about what you don't know about stretch - why tissues need it, how to stretch them well, and how to enjoy it! We will touch on a wide variety of topics in this class - such as hydration, digestion, pain - because stretching is related to all of them. This is a stand-alone class, but it's also a great follow up to Posture 1 - Coordination & Balance. This is a lecture/discussion with some mild stretching and movement.
