Game Series

Maintain cognitive abilities and increase social skills by playing simple games.

Sequence, Rummikub, Mexican train and Farkle are introduced. You might want to share one of your favorites at the end of class.

Time for some inexpensive times with friends and neighbors! Relax and enjoy some games played with couples and singles. Play at home, schedule a game night or join a weekly session in your community. Even if you know one or two of these games, join us anyway to find some new friends who also enjoy these games.

First class will be Sequence, a game of strategy using cards and chips. Second game is Rummikub, constructing sequences of numbers using tiles. Third, play Mexican Train, a domino variation playing sequences on “trains” of dominos. The fourth game is Farkle, a fun game of dice similar to Yahtzee.
