Living in heart-centered Gratitude is a lifestyle we can each cultivate over time. It opens our minds and hearts in ways that ignite a vision of goodness in our world.

Science has proven an ongoing attitude of Gratitude can restore our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. This presentation includes a one-hour interactive presentation, followed by a 7-day heart-centered Gratitude experiment in which you will be supported with daily emails.

We will meet again one week later to share our experiences. This course will help inspire you to live a life of heart-centered Gratitude.
