Bro-Yoga for Ultra-Beginners Series Level 1   

Going to a yoga class can be intimidating, especially if you are new to yoga, have physical limitations, if the majority of the class is female or you aren't the most coordinated person around. This class is designed specifically for the male beginner, so they can feel comfortable exploring this ancient art and science. Every pose is broken down step-by-step from body alignment, to gaze, to breath. Build strength, endurance and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. Students will be practicing yoga, so please bring a yoga mat and water to class. Please note the class is taught by a female instructor.
