Easy Tai Chi and Qi Gong Series  

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are gentle forms of exercise that help improve health and overall well-being. The exercises involve gentle, rhythmic movements that mirror movements found in nature.

These exercises teach us to move our bodies in a fluid motion, minimizing the risk of injury, while maintaining balance and focus. In this 3-class series, you will learn deep breathing techniques, focus, and concentration and easy moves that stretch and strengthen muscles.

Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
