Exploring Group Meditation Series  

Meditation is a wonderful way to relax the mind and body. It's great as a daily practice and even more powerful when practiced in a group setting. Join us to explore different types of meditation & practice them. All levels of interest and experience are welcome. Most meetings will be composed of an educational presentation, meditation, and discussion.

Prior to the first class each month, any new students will be supplied with YouTube videos and handouts regarding common myths of meditation, types of meditation, a few basic concepts and techniques, plus a short (5-10 minute) guided meditation to practice on your own if you wish. This will help bring you up-to-speed with the continuing students.
