Lineage Research- Who Are Your Immigrant Ancestors?   NEW!

Can you name all 8 of your great grandparents? Most Americans cannot. Being American means your ancestors were immigrants from somewhere else and tracing your family history back to them can provide you with valuable family and personal information that can be fascinating, enlightening and sometimes scandalous! This course will guide you on how to specifically aim your research back towards your immigrant ancestors. Strategies, resources and tips will be shared. Lineage societies and DNA will also be discussed. Participants will have the opportunity to ask specific American and colonial lineage questions of lineage research specialists. A handout of the presentation will be provided to each participant.
