- How to excercise within reach: The elderly and individuals with less mobility learn practical excercises they can do at home. Participants have the chance to exercise during the session.
- Eating a rainbow of colors: Dive into the world of colors in foods and what each color mean to our health!
- Mindful eating: Using mindfulness for consuming your food! Expand your mind, not your waistline!
