No experience is necessary to enjoy these classes. Be warned, however, polymer clay is an addictive past time. It is so versatile, malleable, colorful, and enticing that one keeps finding new things to do with it. Join the instructor on the edge of the rabbit hole, and take the plunge together.
In this series, participants will be mixing the various colors of clay to produce veneers that are then used to cover an object made of metal, glass, wood, or anything that won't melt in an oven at 275 degrees.
Participants could choose to make a small figure like a dragon, cat, or some other small item that could be used as a pendant or pin. Or, beads, cabochons, flowers, etc, could be made.
These classes will be on the third Saturday of each month, and each one will deal with only one of the subjects mentioned above.
Note: There is a $10 supply fee payable to instructor (cash or check) on first day of class. Participants bringing their own supplies, need to contact the instructor at least 1 week before class and the supply fee will be waived.
