Join this fun-filled, giant circuit of brain games and activities. Exercise is important for our bodies but it is just as important for our brains. A key element of optimal brain aging is to engage in novel stimulation. The Brain Fair will provide a host of challenges including cognitive, sensory, motor skill and lateral thinking. A cerebral celebration that will get your brain cells fire up! The Brain Fair will be open from 1pm to 3pm, it will take approximately 35-45 minutes to go through the ten brain health stations. Registered participants are welcome to join the Brain Fain any time between 1pm and 2:15pm, you DO NOT need to arrive promptly at 1pm. We look forward to seeing you at the Brain Fair!
