Healing Sound Presentation for the Season. Vibrational Medicine is an ancient and therapeutic practice using sound and deep listening in a relaxed state to promote healing and well being. This presentation will introduce Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls with various instruments to create both an educational and relaxing environment, including a sound bath. In a relaxed state, either seated or lying down, the listener is 'bathed in sound waves'.
No experience is required. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat or blanket. Seating is also available.
