Restoring Flexibility & Mobility
This yoga practice begins with a warm-up to prepare muscles and joints. We will work on our hips, spine, shoulders, ankles, wrists, and more, improving joint mobility and flexibility necessary for a healthy body. All levels welcome. Please have a yoga mat, blocks, and a strap.
