NYS Backflow Testing Certificate

This course is designed to train student in the intricacies of field-testing the pressure vacuum breakers, spill-resistant vacuum breakers, double check valve assemblies and reduced pressure principle backflow prevention assemblies. The course is comprised of a series of lectures followed by guided exercises in a wet lab area where hands-on experience provides the understanding of the field-testing methods. This class is offered in direct partnership with the NYS Backflow Testers Association. Testing is included and takes place on Friday, April 11. This $1200 class is being offered for $200 thanks to Fast Track Funding.
