Lifefit Yoga   

This yoga class focuses on connecting asanas (poses) with one’s breath, flowing from one asana to the next to build strength and flexibility, mental focus, balance, and peace in one’s mind, body, and spirit. Modifications are offered so that many levels of students can participate and truly begin their yoga journey to become LifeFit. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
