Toning with Tina   



This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Get moving with some low impact cardio, then work on upper and lower body strength exercises using light hand weights, soup cans, or other items from your pantry. Class will wrap up with some core work and stretching. All exercises with be either seated or standing (no floor work) and all levels are welcome.
