    Increase your aquatic abilities by enhancing skills learned in the beginning course. You will learn a series of skills designed to improve your stamina and basic coordination. Goggles are recommended. Pre-requisite: need to comfortably swim the width of the pool using a recognized stroke.

    Looking to lose weight or are you a young person looking for something special and different? Water TABATA HIIT is high intensity interval training in the water that improves your anaerobic energy system. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for numerous rounds of work. This class is great for burning calories and getting into shape. TABATA HIIT can burn 150-400 calories depending on your weight and intensity. The afterburn effect can increase total calorie burn. We use a water belt to suspend you comfortably in the deep water and build core strength. While swimming skills aren't necessary, students must be comfortable in a pool environment. Please bring a bottle of water  Ages 16+

    Imagine yourself gently drifting through the water, as you  float a top twin air mattresses. Allowing your stress and worries be carried away as the sound waves penetrate through the water and your body. Immersing all of your senses in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes and the drum. Set sail on this maiden voyage as you embark on a meditative aquatic journey, and reconnect with your inner peace while enveloped in a magical soundscape.
