Looking for a deep water workout? Deep water JOGGING HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an exercise conducted while suspended in the deep end of the pool, alternating between bursts of high intensity output and moderate activity intervals.This class is for men and women who want an aerobic workout that doesn’t put stress on joints, and also for those looking to lose weight. A deep-water workout can improve your cardiovascular and respiratory system in the same way as cycling or running. Water is denser than air, so it provides about 12 times more resistance. You can work your entire body, particularly your arms, legs, shoulders and core. We use a water belt. While swimming skills aren't necessary, students must be comfortable in a pool environment. Please bring a bottle of water. Ages 18+

Great for men, women, and athletes! Deep Water Tabata training is a popular high-intensity interval training format consisting of 20 seconds of all-out, intense work followed by 10 seconds of passive recovery, totaling 4 minutes of very strenuous exercise. The participants exercise all muscle groups using the resistance and buoyancy of water. Is great for burning calories and getting into shape! TABATA may burn up to 15 calories each minute, and you continue to burn up to 400 calories in the hour that follows. We use a water belt. While swimming skills aren't necessary, students must be comfortable in a pool environment. Please bring a bottle of water Ages 18+

Looking to lose weight or are you a young person looking for something special and different? Water TABATA HIIT is high intensity interval training in the water that improves your anaerobic energy system. Participants use maximal effort for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds for numerous rounds of work. This class is great for burning calories and getting into shape. TABATA HIIT can burn 150-400 calories depending on your weight and intensity. The afterburn effect can increase total calorie burn. We use a water belt to suspend you comfortably in the deep water and build core strength. While swimming skills aren't necessary, students must be comfortable in a pool environment.
