Senior Fitness is a excercise class for any adult age 55 or older who is physically able to excercise. Classes will focus on making improvements in balance, agility, strength, and endurance, while providing an opportunity for socialization.

Become a better babysitter in this course for 10-15-year-olds. Quality babysitting skills, such as the safety of the child(ren) and safety in the home, will be taught in this popular class. They will also cover basic CPR skills.

This engaging, hands-on class is designed for everyday people who want to be prepared to save a life. Participants will learn essential skills including adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and how to respond to choking emergencies. In addition, the course covers recognizing the signs of an opioid overdose and the safe, effective use of NARCAN (naloxone) to reverse its effects until professional help arrives. No prior medical experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and help others in an emergency.
