Key to Making Flavorful Healthy Meals   

Learn how to incorporate healthy sauces and food combinations, not only for amazing rich flavor, but also adding dimension and keeping your healthy meals sustainable. This class is led by a registered dietitian. There will be a minimum of 3 different sauces and 2 samples of flavorful food combos. You will leave feeling enthusiastic about eating a healthier diet! Recipes for all sauces and spice blends will be provided.
