Computer Classes for Seniors   

Welcome to Introduction to Windows 10. This course is intended to help new users get acquainted with Windows 10. We will discuss the new desktop interface elements, show users how to customize the Windows 10 environment, and learn how to get around in Windows 10. Learn new tips, tricks and keyboard shortcuts!

A course specifically designed for people who are 55 years or older and want to enter the computer age. Learn the fundamentals of using a PC, mouse & keyboard, typing a document and saving to a CD. You will learn lots of computer terminology, how to identify items on your computer and the basics of windows 10. Don’t delay! The computer age awaits! A cash materials fee of $15 is payable to the instructor on the first day of class.

This is a continuation course specifically designed for people who have completed the Computer Basics for Seniors Level I course. So you've learned some of the basics of computers -- don't stop there! Continue expanding your skills by delving deeper into the Windows environment. You will learn how to organize files and folders, the basics of Word (for letter writing), and an introduction to Excel (creating spreadsheets) for making your life simpler and more organized!

Learn the basics of the Internet, how it works, and what it can do for you. You will be guided step by step in learning about search engines (vehicles that assist you in obtaining information), web browsing and other key components in mastering the art of navigation of the World Wide Web.
